Clicks ClubCard
Clicks have a zero-plastic approach to their loyalty programme, with a simple four-step WhatsApp sign-up process (or app download). Your card is then digitally saved onto your phone. For every R5 you spend in-store, or at partners such as Claire's and The Body Shop, you earn one point. Once you spend R250 in a two-month period, cashback will be loaded onto your card. There are also double points available in the same period if you spend over R1000. Other reward partners include NetFlorist, Sorbet, Engen, Europcar, and Discover Vitality. Over 60s can join their Seniors Club, while parents with children under 36 months can get access to the BabyClub.
Pick n Pay Smart Shopper
Use your Smart Shopper card to get access to personal discounts, recipes, and all your Smart Shopper information. Forgot your card? No problem - simply swipe using the app to use your virtual card. For every 1000 points you earn, you are entitled to R5 cashback on your card. Smart Shopper customers who are also registered with TymeBank can earn more points outside of Pick n Pay. Another recent addition to the programme is The Bottle app - acquired by Pick n Pay in October 2020. This latest inclusion extends the chain's programme to all its online shopping platforms. With over 8.5 million users, they must be doing something right.
FNB eBucks
Available to FNB or RMB Private Bank customers. Earn eBucks whenever you use your qualifying account to pay for goods. Your points can then be spent at over 30 online or in-store partners including Clicks, Engen, Checkers, and Shoprite. Plus, you can use your points when you book flights, travel packages, and car hire using the FNB or RMB Private Bank app, or the eBucks website. Save up to buy something special, as eBucks never expire. The whole family can also benefit from your eBucks account with savings on Netflix and Spotify subscriptions.
Woolworths WRewards
"The more you shop, the more you get rewarded." Swipe your card every time you shop at Woolworths for savings on selected WRewards items (keep an eye out for the WRewards icon). You can then use the app to redeem vouchers, view total savings and manage your account. By linking your card to an online profile, you can get instant savings when you also shop on the Woolies website. Become a VIP when you spend over R35,000 annually and enjoy additional benefits such as a 10% off birthday voucher, exclusive invites to events, and VIP-only offers.
Discovery Vitality Active Rewards
Get rewarded for getting fit. When you achieve your exercise, drive, or money goal, you get the opportunity to play on the gameboard and a chance to earn Discovery Miles - Discovery's rewards currency that you can spend on a range of rewards of your choice. You can also use your points for good by donating to the MoveToGive charity. Getting fit and healthy has never been so rewarding!
Vodacom VodaBucks
Solely for Vodacom customers. Earn VodaBucks every time you achieve certain goals, such as recharging your credit, buying a bundle, or paying a bill. Using the app more often and keeping your SIM card in your phone for longer are a couple of non-spend-related goals that reward you for simply just using the Vodacom service. Spend your Bucks in the VodaBucks store on a range of rewards including data and airtime, electronics, and more. VodaBuck's partners vary from Nando's to Shaw Academy and Uber.
Dis-Chem Loyalty Benefit
As well as discounts and offers, the Dis-Chem Loyalty Benefit programme lets you select from several focus groups to receive benefits and information to suit your specific needs and lifestyle. These groups include Baby, VIB Nappy, Beautiful Woman, FOR YOUth, and 60 Plus. Additional points can be earned through several partners including Total, Capitec, School-Days, and Planet Fitness.
